It is July of 2052. You are employed by the Federal Capitol Police (FedPols). Whether you're a veteran of the force or a rookie, you're currently on assignment to Precinct 1, the City of Washington. You expect to be assigned to this precinct for up to a year, at which point you will be rotated out. Alan Adams (D) is president of the united states, following up a Democrat-Technocrat joint ticket with Thomas Steele (T).
